šŸ¤© How to write better and more effective ChatGPT prompts!

Remember when we told you how to get better ChatGPT responses by adding a few more words to your prompt?

Well, we're back with a few more tricks!

  • The first thing is to talk to ChatGPT like a person, not like a robot. Just spend a few minutes warming up with some casual chit-chat before diving into the nitty-gritty of why youā€™re there.

  • Next, set the stage by giving ChatGPT some background information to help it understand what you're asking. For example, if you're preparing for a marathon, asking, "How do I prep for a marathon?" is okay. But you'll get a much better answer if you tell ChatGPT that you're a newbie aiming for your first race in six months.

  • Another cool trick is to make ChatGPT assume an identity or profession! For example, you can ask ChatGPT to write like it's a teacher, a marketing executive, a journalist, etc., and voila! youā€™ll get unique insights.

But keep in mind that ChatGPT can sometimes lose track of the discussion or make up answers.

So, you have to keep it on track by asking it to justify its responses with prompts like "Why do you think that?" or "What evidence supports your answer?".

Also, remember to be specific about the length of the response you want, and maybe consider upgrading to ChatGPT Plus for even more powerful analytics.

There are so many more tricks that you should know about, and you can check them all out here!

šŸ‘ Sam Altman Returns to OpenAIā€™s Board!

Sam Altman is back on OpenAIā€™s board several months after he was fired and rehired as the companyā€™s CEO.

And he's not alone!

Heā€™s joined by three impressive additions: Sue Desmond-Hellmann, Nicole Seligman, and Fidji Simo. (Donā€™t know who they are? You can read all about them here.)

This move comes after OpenAI was criticized for its all-male board, the nomination of a board member (Larry Summers) who has a history of making unflattering remarks about women, and also for its lack of racial diversity.

But most importantly, it follows an investigation into the reason for Altman's exit!

It turns out that it was due to a breakdown in the relationship and loss of trust between Altman and the prior boardā€”not out of concerns regarding product safety or security.

In fact, it was unanimously concluded that Sam and [OpenAI president Greg Brockman] are the right leaders for OpenAIā€. Now thatā€™s a bold statement!

However, not everyone might agree with it, especially after a recent report paints a picture of a manipulative Altman.
