Quora's Chatbot Platform Poe just rolled out a new feature called "Previews," and it’s pretty amazing!

It lets you create interactive apps directly in chats with chatbots like Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s GPT-4o.

You can even create apps using more than one chatbot!

For example, you can use both Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's GPT-4o to create an app while drawing inspiration and ideas from uploaded files.

And once you are done, you can share your creations via a link!

But that’s not all!

You can use it to build data visualizations, games, and even drum machines just by typing commands like “Analyze the information in this report and turn it into a digestible and interactive presentation to help me understand it.”

What's even more impressive is that, unlike Anthropic’s recently introduced Artifacts, which is limited to its own models, Previews supports HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from any chatbot.

However, to get the most out of Previews, you'll need to use chatbots like Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4o, and Google’s Gemini 1.5 Pro that excel at programming.

🤯 Lawsuit Against GitHub, Microsoft, and OpenAI Takes a Surprising Turn!

GitHub, Microsoft, and OpenAI just had a major win in court!

A judge recently dismissed almost all copyright claims against them, leaving just two standing.

What's even more interesting is that the same judge denied their initial request to dismiss the lawsuit in January, and now, suddenly, their request has been granted.

So, what changed? Let's take a closer look at this intriguing turn of events.

The lawsuit, filed in 2022 by a group of developers, initially included 22 claims against the trio, accusing them of violating copyright laws by letting the AI-powered GitHub Copilot coding assistant train on developers' work.

But guess what? The judge ruled that the code Copilot suggested wasn't similar enough to the original work to constitute a violation.

Additionally, the claim that Copilot violated the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by suggesting code without proper attribution was also dismissed, as the court found the duplicated code was not close enough to the original.

Despite all that disappointment, the developers came back with an amended version of the complaint, this time targeting GitHub's duplication detection filter.

They argued that GitHub gives users the option to "receive identical code" when the filter is turned off, even citing a study that shows how AI models can "memorize" and regurgitate parts of their training data.

But as you might have already guessed, this attempt also ended in a dismissal.

However, this lawsuit is far from over!

While most claims were dismissed, allegations of open-source license violation and breach of contract will continue to be litigated.
