💃 Anthropic Launches a Paid Plan For its AI-Powered Chatbot

Anthropic has just rolled out “Claude Pro”, a premium version of their chatbot, Claude, at $20/month in the US or £18 in the UK.

What's in it for you?

• 5x more usage than the free Claude 2 tier provides.

• Priority access to Claude 2 during high-traffic periods.

• Early access to cutting-edge new features.

Interestingly, Claude Pro is priced the same as OpenAI’s ChatGPT Plus, but you can send “many more” messages with Claude Pro.

Claude Pro users can send at least 100 messages to Claude 2 every eight hours when the message limit resets, whereas OpenAI only offers a 50-message-per-three-hour limit to ChatGPT Plus subscribers.

However, Claude 2 can burn through its message limit faster, especially with long conversations or big attachments.

For example, uploading "The Great Gatsby" would leave you with around 20 subsequent messages within eight hours.
