🤩 Apple introduces a new way to search!

Yesterday, at the 2024 Apple Event, they introduced a new feature called "visual intelligence."

This feature, powered by Apple Intelligence, lets you use your camera to do a reverse image search with text recognition!

Let’s say you snap a photo of a restaurant—you’ll instantly get its hours, ratings, and even links to the menu or reservations.

Or, if you take a picture of an event flier, you can quickly add all the event details to your calendar with a tap!

But that’s not all!

Thanks to a partnership with OpenAI, you can even send your queries to ChatGPT straight from the Camera Control button.

This right here will be useful to students who might find themselves stuck on homework, for example.

And for all you privacy-conscious folks out there, Apple’s got your back.

They practically pinky swear that your images will be kept private and won’t be stored on their servers, but there’s one catch.

This feature can only be activated with the new Camera Control button on the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus. So, if you want to use it, you'll need to upgrade.

Lastly, Visual Intelligence rolls out in beta this October for U.S. English users, with a wider release planned for December and early 2025.

Apple just revealed some exciting AI upgrades for watchOS!

One of the most exciting reveals is the arrival of the “Translate app” on watchOS 11, which harnesses the power of AI to provide speech recognition and seamless translation across different languages. 

Best of all, it can work without a phone connection for users of the Apple Watch Series 9, Series 10, or Ultra—perfect for anyone on the go!

Smart Stack is also getting an amazing AI upgrade!
