In the US, for instance, some users are reporting a leap from $120 per year for up to five users to $500, though a 40 percent discount will reduce it to $300 for the first 12 months.

While Australian users will face a 68% increase, with the monthly fee for five users shifting from flat $39.99 AUS (about $26 USD) to $13.50 AUS (about $9 USD) per user.

But if you’re a Pro and Enterprise tier user, you're in luck – your prices remain untouched for now.

This price jump is tied to Canva’s aggressive rollout of new generative AI features like Magic Studio, Visual Suite, and more, which the company says enhance value.

But here’s the thing:

While Canva has publicly announced price changes in the past, these latest hikes were sent to customer emails under the radar.

And users are not happy about it. Some are even considering canceling their subscriptions and jumping ship to Adobe applications.
