Sure, Anthropic might be seriously fashionably late to the party, given that OpenAI's ChatGPT Enterprise has been in the game for around a year and has already locked in some major clients.

But you know what? Anthropic came prepared to compete!

They promise to deliver your very own AI assistant that can absorb your company's secrets and use that insight to answer questions, create visuals, and even construct basic web pages.

And why might you consider welcoming Claude into your Business?

For starters, its context window is massive—it offers 500,000 tokens, which is double what ChatGPT offers.

That means Claude can handle more data and complex queries in a single go!

Then there are the collaboration tools. The new subscription plan comes with Projects and Artifacts, which let multiple users collaborate on tasks and upload content.

⚖️ X’s AI Data Dispute in Ireland Settled!

X just wrapped up a legal tussle with Ireland’s privacy watchdog!

It all started in early August when Ireland’s Data Protection Commission (DPC) initiated legal proceedings against X for grabbing EU user data to train Grok without consent.

That forced X to suspend its processing of European users’ data for AI model training.

Even Meta had to pause this type of processing in June due to regulatory pressure in the EU.

So, it’s not just X that attracted regulatory attention!

However, the proceedings have been struck out for X based on their agreement to permanently refrain from using publicly accessible posts from EU/EEA users on X to train Grok.

They also committed to deleting and not processing any such posts received between May 7, 2024, and August 1, 2024.

Shocking that X agreed to this, right?

One possible reason for X's agreement could be the potential hefty fines for violating GDPR, which can reach up to 4% of global annual turnover.

Or maybe X is just strategically choosing its battles amidst Elon Musk's other legal and regulatory challenges.

Whatever the case may be, X has managed to escape this legal tussle without a fine!
