🖼️ Boost Your Creativity with Photoshop's AI Tool

Adobe has just introduced a new feature called “Generative Expand.”

This tool allows you to expand and resize images beyond their original bounds.

An image before Generative Expand has been applied to it

Simply click and drag the crop tool, and the canvas will expand, automatically filling the added white space with AI-generated content that blends seamlessly with the existing image.

This comes in handy when you've got cut-off subjects, undesired aspect ratios, or misaligned objects in your pictures.

The best part?

Instead of relying on the tool to automatically fill in the white space, you can use the text prompt to add anything you desire, offering endless possibilities.

🤖 Say Hello to Google's RT-2: The Smartest Robot Yet!

Exciting news from Google DeepMind!

Google just launched the Robotic Transformer 2 (RT-2), a groundbreaking vision-language-action (VLA) model for robots.

What's so cool about this robot is that it can understand plain language commands and navigate human environments like those cool robot characters in movies.

RT-2 is powered by a large language model, similar to ChatGPT, which has been trained on text and images from the Internet. This gives it the ability to recognize patterns and perform tasks without explicit training,

For example, it can identify and dispose of trash by understanding what waste looks like, even with ambiguous items like food packaging or banana peels.

In tests, RT-2 performed impressively, outshining RT-1 (the previous model) in "unseen" scenarios with a 62% success rate.

Despite some limitations, Google is confident that further research will bring us closer to their dream of creating general-purpose robots. How cool is that?
