Adobe has an interesting offer that you might be interested in — They are reportedly buying videos to help develop its text-to-video platform now!

The deal is that photographers or artists can submit videos of people engaged in everyday actions, such as walking or expressing emotions, including joy and anger, in exchange for some cash.

Payments range from $2.60 per minute for the submitted video to as much as $7.25 a minute.

It's a win-win situation as Adobe gets legal data for its platform, and creators get paid for their work.

But the question on our minds is: is it really fair pay judging from what Adobe could gain down the road?

Still, it beats creators getting nothing while their work is used, considering the fact that, to date, OpenAI has yet to reveal the source of data used in training Sora.

🤩 AI-Powered Search Bar on Instagram!

Meta’s AI chatbot has made its way to Instagram in its latest AI experiment!

You can now DM the chatbot right from your Instagram search bar and ask any questions you may have or use one of the pre-loaded prompts.

Plus, it's not just for chatting; you can also use it to discover new content on Instagram!

For example, a video on Threads shows that you can tap on a prompt like “Beautiful Maui sunset Reels” and voila! You’ll have reels related to that topic right in front of you.

Or you can simply ask Meta AI to search for reels suggestions. How cool is that?

Interestingly, the design of the prompt screen resembles that of Perplexity AI, and the company’s CEO, Aravind Srinivas, was quick to point it out.

Meta is keeping the specifics of this experiment hush-hush. They did not specify whether they will use generative AI tech in search.

But if they did, it wouldn't be that surprising, especially since they would want Instagram to have better discoverability than TikTok.
