🤯 Gemini Takes the Lead as Galaxy S25's Default AI Assistant.

Google’s Gemini AI is flexing some serious multitasking muscles in its latest update, arriving just in time to steal the spotlight alongside Samsung’s stunning new Galaxy S25 series.

And guess what?

Gemini is now the default assistant on these devices, officially sidelining Bixby (Samsung’s once-promising assistant) to the app drawer. (But don’t worry, Bixby fans—you can always dig it out if nostalgia hits.)

So, what’s new with Gemini? Quite a lot, actually.

First up, it now handles complex, multi-app tasks with a single command. Picture asking it to find a dog-friendly Italian restaurant, send the details to your friend, and add it to your calendar all in one seamless request. Pretty handy, right?

But here’s the kicker: Gemini is no longer confined to Google’s ecosystem. It now integrates smoothly with Samsung’s apps, including Calendar, Notes, Reminders, and Clock.

And for the rest of us, Gemini already supports Google apps, Spotify, WhatsApp, and more—so it’s not just exclusive to Samsung users.

Oh, and Gemini Live is also getting a nice upgrade—at least for Galaxy S25, S24, and Google Pixel 9 users.

If you’re lucky enough to have one of these devices, you can now share images, files, and even YouTube videos directly in the chat interface to get feedback, additional details, or perhaps just some validation for your meme collection.

And soon, thanks to Google’s Project Astra, even more cool features like live screen sharing and video streaming will roll out, making Gemini feel even more like a true personal assistant.

But that’s just the beginning.

Circle to Search is getting even smarter. It now automatically recognizes phone numbers, email addresses, and URLs, making them instantly tappable for quick action.

Plus, the AI Overviews feature is expanding as well, helping you identify everything from landmarks and artwork to those mysterious gadgets you’ve captured in a photo.

On the accessibility front, Google is making it easier than ever to pair braille screen readers and hearing aids with Android devices.

To top it all off, Samsung has added a dedicated side button on the Galaxy S25 series for quick Gemini access. With just one press, Gemini is at your service, ready to set reminders, take and save notes, or keep you on track with what’s next on your agenda.

If you're already sold, preorders for the Galaxy S25 begin this Wednesday, with shipping starting February 7.

😱  Elon Musk Calls OpenAI’s $500B AI Project a “Sham.”

When you thought the tech world couldn't get spicier, Elon Musk dropped a bombshell about OpenAI’s shiny new Stargate Project, calling it a sham.

The $500 billion initiative, backed by big names like SoftBank and Oracle, promises to build massive AI data centers across the U.S. But according to Musk, the cash isn’t exactly rolling in.

The Stargate Project, announced at a White House press event with all the pomp and circumstance you’d expect, is supposed to revolutionize AI infrastructure.

Think huge data centers, job creation, and America reclaiming its tech throne.

However, Musk, who is said to have extensive clearances and reportedly even a personal office within the Trump White House, was never one to hold back.

He hopped on X (formerly Twitter) to throw a wrench in the hype machine: “They don’t actually have the money.”

Musk claims that SoftBank, a key investor, has secured “well under $10 billion” of the $100 billion needed to kick things off.

For context, that’s like planning a luxury yacht trip and showing up with a paddleboard budget.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, clearly not in the mood for Musk’s antics, clapped back in style.

First, he buttered up Musk, calling him "the most inspiring entrepreneur of our time." (Flattery? Shade? You decide.)

Then, he went for the jugular: “What is great for the country isn’t always what’s optimal for your companies.” Mic drop.

This isn’t just a billionaire roast-off—it’s about the future of AI in America.

The Stargate Project promises to pump $500 billion into building AI super hubs, starting with a flagship site in Texas. It’s billed as a game-changer for jobs, tech, and national security.

But Musk’s skepticism raises eyebrows: if the funding isn’t solid, will Stargate fizzle out like a bad sci-fi sequel?

Musk and OpenAI go way back—and not in a good way. Musk left OpenAI’s board in 2018, and since then, the two have been locked in a feud over everything from AI ethics to who gets the last word on X.

Musk has called OpenAI’s work “dangerous,” while OpenAI says Musk’s criticisms are more about drama than data.

For now, Stargate is full steam ahead, with SoftBank, Oracle, and others promising to make it happen.

But Musk’s shade adds a juicy twist to an already ambitious story.
