🎨 Microsoft Brings AI to Paint and Photos!

Microsoft is rolling out some serious AI upgrades for Paint and Photos that might make you reconsider using Photoshop or other pricey editing software.

They’ve just introduced Generative Fill and Generative Erase in Paint!

And yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like—Photoshop, but without the learning curve (or the hefty price tag!).

Imagine this: You have a photo where a random dude decided to crash the background, and you want him gone.

With Generative Erase, you can simply swipe over them and poof! They disappear as if they were never there at all!

It's a bit like Google's Magic Eraser on Pixel phones, but now available right in your trusty Paint.

Then there’s the Generative Fill, which lets you effortlessly add new elements to your image with just a quick text description.

These features build on the Cocreator tool Microsoft introduced earlier, which could whip up entire images based on a mix of text prompts and reference sketches.

Microsoft has even revamped its AI model to ensure the results look sharper and happen faster.

Plus, they’ve included some built-in moderation to keep things in check and prevent any wild shenanigans.

But wait, there’s more — The Photos app is getting a makeover, too!

Ever taken a photo that looks more like it was shot with a potato than a camera? Well, say hello to Super-Resolution!

This feature uses AI to sharpen blurry or pixelated images by up to eight times their original resolution.

And guess what? It doesn’t just outperform Adobe Lightroom’s 4x super-resolution; it matches Canva’s upscaling magic, too.

And the best part? This entire package is free and fast enough to make your head spin.

In short, Microsoft is transforming your everyday PC into a creative powerhouse, so you won’t need to rely on pricey software anymore!

You can erase, add, and enhance like a pro, all from the comfort of Paint and Photos.😀

👏 Microsoft Copilot Just Got a Whole Lot Better!

Microsoft is rolling out exciting new Copilot features on Windows for all users!

One standout is Copilot Vision, an AI that analyzes what's on your screen and offers helpful suggestions in real-time.

To get started, type “@copilot” in Edge’s address bar, and voila!

Copilot Vision can assist with tasks like finding furniture, selecting color palettes, exploring options for items like rugs and throws, and even offering ideas for arranging your space.

And don’t worry about privacy – Copilot Vision deletes data after use and doesn’t use it for AI training, either.

For those dealing with more complex issues, “Think Deeper” is the perfect solution!

While it takes a bit longer to provide step-by-step responses, it can help with anything from solving challenging math problems to evaluating the costs of home projects.

Microsoft hasn't revealed much about the technology behind “Think Deeper,” but guess what?

It's already available to a select group of Copilot Labs users in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the U.S., and the U.K.

Another exciting addition is “Copilot Voice,” which lets you talk to Copilot and have its responses be spoken aloud.

But a heads up – Copilot Voice has a time-based usage limit.

Subscribers to Copilot Pro receive more minutes, although the number may vary depending on demand.

Trust me; there’s loads more info about these features! Read the full story here.
