Mistral’s new AI tools are shaking up the space. They offer powerful features for automation, content creation, and document analysis—perfect for people looking to innovate.
Here’s what we have for you today:
🆕 Mistral Unveils Major AI Updates!
The AI space is buzzing with fierce competition, and French startup Mistral has released many new updates to its product lineup to stay ahead of the game.
Here are some key updates on Mistral’s Le Chat chatbot platform:
It now offers web searches with citations, and there is a "canvas" tool (just like ChatGPT Canvas) that empowers you to create, modify, and edit content.
Whether it’s webpage mockups or data visualizations, the canvas feature is your new best friend for editing content.
You can use the canvas feature to create documents, presentations, code, mockups, etc.
Plus, as Mistral shares in a blog post. “You’re able to modify its contents in place without regenerating responses, version your drafts, and preview your designs.”
But hold more; there’s even more to explore on Le Chat!
The platform incorporates Black Forest Labs‘ Flux Pro model for image generation, which means it can now process large PDF documents and images for analysis and summarization.
And yes, this includes files containing graphs and equations.
You can also host shareable automated workflows for tasks like scanning expense reports and invoice processing; Mistal calls these AI “agents.”
Best of all, these amazing features will remain free while in beta!👏
Oh, and let’s not forget about Mistral’s powerful new models—Pixtral Large and Mistral Large 24.11, which power some of these new features.
Pixtral Large showcases cutting-edge image understanding and is adept at interpreting documents, charts, and natural images.
Meanwhile, Mistral Large 24.11 offers impressive advancements in long-context understanding, making it ideal for document analysis and task automation.
Both models are available for use outside of Le Chat under two different licenses.

🤩 ElevenLabs Launches Conversational AI Bots!
ElevenLabs has just unveiled a new feature on its developer platform: the ability to build conversational AI bots.
And getting started is a breeze!
You only need to log into your ElevenLabs account, and voila – you can start building a conversation agent by selecting a template or creating a new project.
From there, you can personalize your agent by selecting its primary language, first message, and system prompt to define its persona.
Want to make it truly yours?
You can also tune other aspects such as voice, latency, stability, and authentication criteria and even set the maximum length for conversations with your AI agent.
But remember that you’ll need to choose a language model—options include Gemini, GPT, or Claude.
Also, adjust the temperature of the responses to control your agent's creativity and set limits on token usage to manage interactions effectively.
And here's the icing on the cake:
You can enrich your conversational bot with your own knowledge base, such as a file, URL, or text block, to power it and integrate your own custom LLM with it.
If you also want to define criteria for collecting certain data items, such as the names and emails of customers speaking to the agent—you can do that!
