Nvidia Just Dropped a Personal AI Supercomputer.
Yeah. You read that right — a supercomputer you can literally set next to your coffee mug.
It’s called the DGX Spark, and it officially goes on sale October 15th.
Now, Spark isn’t just another fancy PC. This thing has the kind of power that once required access to massive, pricey energy-hungry data centers.
It’s powered by Nvidia’s new GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, packs 128GB of unified memory, and up to 4TB of NVMe SSD storage. In nerd-speak: it delivers a petaflop of AI performance — that’s a million billion calculations per second — and can handle AI models with up to 200 billion parameters.

And here’s the kicker — it’s small. Like, fits-on-your-desk small. It even runs from a standard power outlet.
Nvidia’s calling it “the world’s smallest AI supercomputer.” We’re calling it: dangerous for productivity.
Now for the spicy bit — it’ll set you back $3,999. A little more than the $3,000 Nvidia teased earlier, but let’s be honest — if you’re buying a personal supercomputer, you weren’t coming for budget deals.
And get this — Acer, Asus, Dell, Gigabyte, HP, Lenovo, and MSI are all releasing their own versions. So yeah… the AI PC wars just officially began.
Nvidia says their goal is to “put a supercomputer on every desk.” Which sounds awesome… and also mildly terrifying. Whether you’re a researcher, student, or that one friend who trains chatbots for fun, Spark could completely change how you experiment with AI.
So yeah — October 15th. Mark it.
