I just came back from Armenia with AI Leadership Dojo at Startup Seaside Summit. And I realized that I’ve been there for almost 10 years, off and on, and contributing to the startup ecosystem.
I’ve helped with startup coaching to inspirational speaking, from teaching at local universities to this time martial arts training.
I’ve helped probably 100 startups and one unicorn for sure in SuperAnnotate.
But as I was taking my flights back and sitting in the lounge, I realised that this wasn’t just the only ecosystem I’ve helped.
I was in New York with Techstars when the ecosystem started, partying at Fred Wilson’s house in the summer.
I was in London in the beginning, working at Google Campus in the cafes and then seeing my career take off with Techstars.
I was in Hong Kong, helping kickstart the AI ecosystem by building my fund Zeroth. I also witnessed the beginning of the crypto ecosystem boom, though I was never 100% in the hype. I am, and will always remain, skeptical of it.
Perhaps I’m a bit of an ecosystem hunter. Or builder.
