The Most Exciting Moments from Google I/O 2025
Plus, how to write sales pitches that actually sell

Welcome, Automaters!
Gotta say — it’s been quite a week.
First, Microsoft came in hot. Now Google’s rolling into its biggest dev event of the year, with a massive haul of AI updates.
But don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. So grab your coffee, get comfy, and let’s break it all down.
Quick Heads up: it’s a lot. But hey, you’ve got all day… right? Let’s dive in.
Here's what we have for you today
🤩 The Biggest Highlights from Google I/O 2025

Google threw everything at the wall at I/O 2025 — and honestly? A lot of it stuck.
The entire event was like drinking from a firehose of updates. If you blinked, you’d probably miss a new chatbot, a research agent, or some wild sci-fi-level demo.
But lucky for you, I didn’t blink.
So here’s a breakdown of what went down — and what’s coming to your screen(s) next:
First up: Gemini is doing the absolute most
For starters, it’s now rocking over 400 million monthly users (yep, it’s basically everywhere).
But here’s where it gets even juicier:
Gemini Live is actually alive now. You can talk to it in real-time while pointing your camera at stuff. So if you want help with your fridge, a fit check, or troubleshooting your screen? It’s game.
It’s also getting deeply integrated into your daily life, we’re talking your— Maps, Calendar, Tasks — the whole chaotic Google suite. Soon it’ll be booking your appointments and organizing your calendar like a personal assistant with zero burnout.
And say hello to a newly updated Deep Research — Gemini’s brainy agent that can now chew through PDFs, dig into private docs and even analyze images. So yeah, your AI can finally handle both your homework and your startup pitch deck.
Veo 3 & Imagen 4: The AI creative power duo
Veo 3 is Google’s next-gen video model and It doesn’t just make visuals — it adds sound effects, background noise, and full blown dialogue to accompany the videos. You prompt it and it writes, directs, edits, and produces it.
But here’s the catch: It’s locked behind Google's newly introduced Ultra plan, so if you wanna play Spielberg, bring your $249.99/month.
Imagen 4 is the latest in image generation. It handles everything — from photorealistic portraits to abstract art. It’s sharper, and can spit out images in 2K resolution with ridiculous detail—(we’re talking fabric textures and water droplets). and it’s fast. Like, really fast. Plus there’s a version coming that’s 10x faster.
Oh, and all this will be used to power Flow — Google's latest AI-powered video tool for filmmakers. Think of it like Canva for video — but absolutely jacked.
Then there’s Deep Think: Google’s nerdy AI agent.
Google didn’t spill all the tea, but this one’s built into Gemini 2.5 Pro to actually think through complex tasks and find the best solution — basically, it's their answer to OpenAI’s pro agents.
It’s still in testing, but trust: this could end up running half your workflow real soon.
Project Astra: Peak sci-fi energy
Straight outta DeepMind, Project Astra is Google’s fastest, most multimodal agent yet. It can see, hear, and respond almost instantly — kinda like a real-time, super-intelligent sidekick.
It’s being built into everything: Search, the Gemini app, and even...
Actual AI glasses, in collaboration with Samsung and Warby Parker. No launch date yet, but you bet both nerds and fashionistas are about to have their moments.
Speaking of AI assistants: meet Project Mariner
This one’s built to browse and shop the web for you — whether it’s baseball tickets or groceries, just tell it what you want and Mariner won’t just browse, compare, and order like a human, it’ll also control of your Chrome browser, move the cursor on your screen, clicks buttons, and fills out forms.
It even juggles multiple tasks without making you visit a third-party website.
Meet Stitch: The AI tool for non-coders
Stitch lets you build web and mobile app front ends just by describing what you want — or uploading a pic.
It instantly generates the HTML and CSS. However, it’s not God-tier yet, but it’s fast, customizable, and lowkey kinda fun.
Google has also expanded access to Jules, its AI agent aimed at helping developers fix bugs in code.
That’s not all:
Gemini is now baked into Chrome, Search & your daily internet life.
In Chrome, Gemini helps you understand pages, summarize content, and automate tasks with just a prompt.
There’s also a new AI Mode in Search that lets you can ask complex multi- layered questions (like: “Which sneakers go with this shirt AND are on sale right now?”) via an AI interface.
Meanwhile, Gemma 3n is dropping as a new lightweight model built to run smoothly on phones, tablets, and laptops — it handles everything from text, to audio, to images, and video.
Gmail, Google Vids, and NotebookLM are all getting AI glow-ups too:
Gmail’s getting personalized smart replies and a powerful inbox cleaner that might actually save you from email doom.
Google Vids is stepping up with better creation tools and editing powers.
NotebookLM now gives you video overviews powered by AI — so you don’t have to read anymore.
There's also a new SynthID Detector which Google describes as a verification portal that uses their SynthID watermarking technology to help identify AI-generated content — because, let’s be honest, it’s getting harder to tell.
And you gotta hear about Beam
Formerly “Starline,” Beam turns regular video chats into freakishly realistic 3D convos using AI and multiple cameras. In other words it lets a user converse with someone as if they were in the same meeting room.
Plus: Google Meet is getting real-time speech translation that helps translates spoken words into the listener’s preferred language without you losing your voice, tone and expression. It feels like magic — but it’s just more Google AI wizardry.
Android devs, Google didn’t forget you
Android Studio now has “Journeys” — a smart new guide that helps devs test apps faster, without writing tons of code.
There’s also a new Agent Mode for complex multi-stage development tasks.
Play Store devs get upgrades for subscriptions, rollout tools, content previews, and more.
Wear OS 6 got a full design glow-up with Material 3 Expressive (the company’s newly unveiled design language), meanwhile, Pixel Watches are getting dynamic theming that syncs app colors with watch faces.
In short:
Google’s not just adding AI anymore — it’s rebuilding everything with it.
From Search to smart glasses, Meet to mobile dev tools, it’s clear: Google is betting the future on Gemini and its AI ecosystem.
So whether you’re creating, coding, shopping, or just vibing — there’s a Google AI ready to help (or quietly take over your workflow).
P.S. About 90.9% of the new tools and features launched so far are available mostly to users in the US. If you’re outside the US, you’ll need to be a little patient.
Wanna dive deeper? Probably a good idea… your future AI life-saver might just be in there.

🤖 ChatGPT Prompt Of The Day: Write a Sales Pitch That Actually Sells
A strong sales pitch isn’t just about describing your product—it’s about showing your audience why they need it. When done right, a great pitch connects with your ideal customers, clearly communicates your value, and inspires action.
Whether you’re writing for email, a landing page, or a presentation, this prompt helps you craft a focused, benefits-driven pitch that speaks directly to your target audience.
Here’s how to deploy this prompt effectively:
Know Your Product Inside Out: Be clear on what you're offering—its features, benefits, and what makes it better than alternatives.
Know Your Audience: Be specific about who you’re selling to. What their pain points, needs, and desires are. The more detailed, the more persuasive your pitch will be.
Clarify the Value Proposition: What makes your product different or better? Focus on benefits, not just features.
Match the Tone: Use language that matches your audience’s expectations whether professional, casual, energetic, reassuring, etc.
Highlight a Core Outcome: What transformation or result will your customer get after using your product? That’s your hook.
Keep It Concise but Powerful: Sales pitches should be clear, punchy, and to the point—avoid fluff and focus on impact.
Here’s an example:
Craft a compelling sales pitch that effectively communicates the benefits of <your product> to <your potential customers>. The pitch should be tailored to <your target market>, use language that resonates with <your audience>, and highlight <your product’s unique value proposition>. Make it concise, benefit-driven, and end with a clear call-to-action.
