Elon Musk has long claimed that Tesla is actually an AI company, but that didn’t stop him from starting xAI, another AI company.
Tesla’s shareholders have had enough, and they're taking legal action!
They are suing him for starting a competing company and the members of the board of directors for allowing it to happen.
Not just that, but also for moving key employees and AI resources from Tesla to xAI!
At least 11 employees have joined xAI directly from Tesla, and just last week, Musk admitted to diverting a sizable shipment of Nvidia AI processors from Tesla to xAI.
More than enough reason for shareholders to be so upset to bring a lawsuit right?🤷♀️
They are asking the court to force Musk to give up his stake in xAI and hand it over to Tesla. That is no small demand!
But guess what? This is not the only shareholder’s lawsuit Musk has to deal with!
Other Tesla shareholders filed a separate suit against Musk, asking him to return billions in alleged unlawful profits.

💼 LinkedIn Uses AI to Simplify Your Job Hunt!
LinkedIn has armed itself with some new AI features that will make job hunting a walk in the park.
Say you're looking for a remote marketing job in Detroit that pays at least $110,000.
You just have to type, "Find me a remote marketing job in Detroit that pays at least $110,000," and voila, you'll get exactly what you’re looking for!
But that's not all:
LinkedIn has also tackled the most tedious and important part of job hunting—your résumé!
You can now upload your résumé, get feedback as well as personalized suggestions for improving it for specific job posts, and make edits interactively with the AI. See how it in action here.
Plus, there's a feature to help you build a cover letter “from scratch” with the help of AI.
But LinkedIn isn’t just using AI to help you find a job!
They're also piloting AI personas of experts, including Alicia Reece, Anil Gupta, Dr. Gemma Leigh Roberts, and Lisa Gates, whom you can chat with to learn more about business topics.
Oh, and don’t worry about getting the wrong info as the responses you’ll receive will be tailored to your unique needs.
Sounds useful, right? But here's the catch: these new features aren't free.
